About
Project controls, led by someone who has run them.
GCS Project Solutions FZE LLC is an independent project controls consultancy based in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. We support owners, PMOs, and contractors on major capital programmes across the GCC — planning, claims, delay analysis, cost, risk, change, and contract administration.
The practice is led by Managing Director Shriram Gehlot, a project and programme controls leader with more than 20 years' experience — over 13 of them in the GCC — across aviation, infrastructure, high-rise, utilities, and giga-project environments. His work spans PMO governance, schedule and cost assurance, earned value, forensic planning, and claims strategy on programmes that include NEOM THE LINE and the King Salman International Airport Programme.
He is PMP-certified, holds an MSc in Construction Management from Coventry University, and has been member of PMI, CIOB, AACE, and the Society of Construction Law. Our remit is deliberately narrow: the control functions that decide whether a programme finishes on time and on budget, and whether entitlement holds when it does not.
